The first video broadcast on MTV in North America was Video Killed the Radio Star.

If Mr. Pittman had listened to all the criticism (“music was meant to be heard, not seen”), we wouldn’t have had our MTV. To this day, I remember the first video I ever saw on MTV: Love My Way by The Psychedelic Furs. Enjoy!
